Orientation for Our First Big Launch: Ready to Do Things 'Mike's Way'

On November 20th, we marked an exciting milestone at Ascential as we kicked off orientation for our team ahead of our First Big Opening! This week wasn’t just about training; it was about preparing for a pivotal moment in our journey.

Josh Haines from the Area Director team, along with Ben and Matt from our home office in New Jersey, joined us for this incredible start. Their guidance and expertise helped set the foundation for success as they assisted in training our crew.

The team brought their A-game, asking insightful questions and showing incredible eagerness to learn how we do things “Mike’s Way.” The excitement for what’s ahead was contagious, and this group was ready to rise to the occasion.
